hi my name is jaimi i have a question since yesterday when i drink milk i get liquid stool in morning after 2 to3 hours but in noon when i eat curd with rice i pass normal stool in evening so can you suggest me any probiotic i m kidney transplant patient

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your clinical history is concerned you have loose motion after drinking milk so in my opinion it is lactose intolerance so you can take lactase enzyme like lactaid before meals or You can also add a lactase supplement (2,000 IU) to milk 500 ml immediately before drinking it.you can take probiotics like lactobacillus or you can take probiotic yogurt with live cultures.

Add 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger to a cup of boiling water. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Strain the solution. You can also add a little lemon juice and honey to it. Drink up to 3 cups of ginger tea daily to relieve your symptoms.
