How Can Low Grade Fever Along With Headache Be Treated?

My son, 16, has had a low grade fever, headache, stuffy nose, mild cough for 3 days but his mouth has dozens of white pussy blisters on the throat, cheek and gums now. I have him rinsing with salt water and taking ibuprofen. Is this all part of a virus or should I be worried?

it is viral infection so consult a physician so he will prescribe u antibiotics.....moxikind cv O.D is more beneficial
