Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You should take two tablets of iron in a day.
The iron tablet should preferably be taken with lime or orange juice, which are rich in vitamin C and increase the absorption of the iron in the body.
You should also take high protein diet consisting of sprouts, grams , pulses etc.
Jaggery is also known to increase the haemoglobin levels, hence you can take it too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
