How Can Lower Abdominal Pain And Difficulty In Urinating Caused Due To Hernia Be Treated?

I have a very pronounced hernia and am in very bad pain from my belly button down to where my appendix is. I drove all day then moved an air conditioner unit for my mom. When I got home my hernia started really hurting bad. I can t seem to have a B.M. or urinate?

The hernia has to be repaired at the earliest.
Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.
You can opt for laparoscopic surgery as it has got the best results and recurrence is unlikely.
