How Can Lower Back Pain Due To Herniated Disc Be Treated?

i have been suffering from lower back pain due to herniated disc and after treatment upto 1 year back the x-ray of spine shows everything alright and doctor said that the pain is due to sciatica .......... which medicines are best and some other persons are saying that for this an injection like neurobian should be used as a course. please suggest me........i am feared of using medicines......

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the disc degenerative disease of spinal cord then it needs to be managed in that way only and some time it may requires surgery, till then Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day can be used hope this information helps.
