How Can Lower Lip Drying And Bleeding Be Treated?

my daughter is 9 years old. she is suffering from dry and bleeding lower lip since 3 days.she is thin, and not used to drink so much milk or eat eggs. the bleeding comes from cracks on the lower lip. may I know the possible causes and treatment. thank you
