General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are consistent with spine related causes like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a neurosurgeon and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
