How Can Lumbar Spondylosis Be Treated?

Q: Now I am 61 yrs. male with obesity. I work on computer for 10 hrs. a day. MRI in 2008 states-Changes of moderate lumbar spondylosis noted. L5 parsinterarticularies on both sides show linear hypointense zone could be due to chronic stress response; Gone to physiotherepy. Still main nerve on front side of right leg above knee portion segment develop shooting pain and cannot even sleep properly. Please suggest treatment. TQ
