hi,my elder brother ,age 41 , have a spinal cord/back pain and had MRI done yesterday and diagnosed as "lumbar spondylosis with attendant ,left posterolateral disc

protrotrusion,left paracentral disc extrusion,L5/11" is this serious? or can be treated?
