General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Lump in breast could be due to fibroadenoma, fibrocystic breast disease, lipoma, breast cancer.
So lump in breast is not always cancer
I would suggest to consult surgeon and undergo examination, USG scan and USG guided FNAC and tissue biopsy to confirm cause
So conformation should be done by tissue/histopathology report.
Specific treatment depend on cause
Fibroadenoma can be treated by birth control pill, selective estrogen receptor modulator.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
