How Can Lumps On The Tongue With Stomach Aches Be Treated?

Hi, my daughter who is 11yrs has come down with this tiny little whiteheads-like bumps on the surface of her tongue. They first started off with them appearing near the tip of of the tongue but only on the sides, but now its all over the surface. They started about 4 days ago and today she was complaining about a bad headache and tummy ache. Any ideas?

Hello,

It can be apthous. Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet. Avoid spicy foods also. Multivitamin tablets can also be tried. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
