How Can Lung Cancer Be Treated?

Yes, thank you. I just found out that my brother has stage 4 lung cancer, and stage 1 kidney cancer. I don't know anymore than that, but can you tell me what are the survival rate, for a 74 yr. old male with this type of diagnosis. Can you tell me what treatments are available for this, and where would be the best place to seek answers and treatment.
