How Can Lupus Be Treated?

My husband has lupis and recently had a stroke, I must have thrown the bottle away for this pill can you tell me what it is for? There is a large R on one side and 196 on the other. It is a large white pill. I got confused cause my son was also in the hospital at the same time with a urinary infection he is on dialysis 11 hrs a day and his machine quit working right over a period of time. His belly is where the solution is run through. please help me I don t want to hurt either of them. Thank you
