How Can Menopausal Symptoms Be Managed?

I take imipramine, levothyroxine and clonazepam will black cohosh, damiana, dong quai, or vitex angus castus, interfere with any of these drugs I take. I am desperate for something to help me with menopause I thought I was through it but it is back. I am 65. Thank you
