How Can Menopausal Symptoms Be Treated?

Hello, I am reading up on progesterone but not sure if this is something I should use. I am 50 yrs old female at my menopausal stage. Do not have hot flashes ( thank God ) but do have other symptoms (mood swings, no sexual desire with my husband). I have not had a menstrual cycle for a year now. Would this be a product I could use to help with these symptoms?
