How Can Menstruation Be Achieved?

Hi i am 28,last expected date was May 22nd 03 23rd but till now nothing showed up.Taken HPTs twice after 13 days and after 16 days both show negative.heac akes, increase in weight , not feeling to eat anything, being very moody , frequent anger. from the second week i have been consuming lot of Heat generators like Jack fruit and pappaya juice still din get any .. i am geting pimples and feeling excess of heat and slight chums pain very often .. feeling like i get but i dont get . any help pls
