How Can Menstruation Be Regularized?

Hi, I am 25 years old, and want to know, how can i make my periods regular, i never missed my cycle, but since Jan 2011, i have had it once with d help of medicine prescribed by gynae n now i see clot like discharge and a drop of blood each day on my underwear, but no periods, is this serious ?
