Been suffering from migraine headaches on and off for years complete with intense pain and vomiting. Hereditary thing. Lately after a headache I ve been getting a red blotchy face. Only been taking paracetamol and haven t eaten anything g unusual? Helen

you have to start on anti migraine drugs since you have very severe symptoms. visit a physician for proper prescription. avoid caffeine
