Hi,

Migraine treatment consists of two parts-1. Pain relief 2.prophylaxis that prevent a future migraine attack. You are only taking NSAID or pain killers for pain relief but you should have to add prophylaxis therapy as well and also I think your NSAID combination and doses need to be changed and please do a neuroimaging (MRI scan of the brain) as it is a must in any headache patient.
Drinking milk anyway not helpful to reduce migraine pain.
there are some home remedies that you can use-
Avoid alcohol
Cultured dairy product
Hot tea or coffee
Chocolate
Try magnesium containing diet
Add ginger powder to food
Avoid sunlight during migraine attact
Start Yoga etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
