I have been having migraines the past 6 days with stiff neck and tingling that just started in my arms today. The migraines are different from the usual headaches I get. They throb in the back of my head, at the base of my skull and come forward. Not sure what s going on...

In my opinion you should urgently see internal medicine specialist before disease worsen further
Please remember not every headache is migraine
