How Can Moisture Lesions In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I have a few small open wounds in my groin area due to moisture in that area & additional irritation due to shaving. Can you recommend an OTC ointment and/or powder that'll help heal faster that i can also use in the future if it happens again? I'm trying to lose weight, so that area collects moisture when i workout & shower.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Probably you are suffering from ringworm infection
Fungus thrives on warm and moist skin
Advice
1.     Apply antifungal cream containing clotrimazole, steroid and antibiotic such as Lobate GM cream thrice daily
2.     Keep your groin area clean and dry
3.     Wear loose cotton undergarment
4.     You can also use ketoconazole/fluconazole dusting powder to keep dry
5.     Avoid sharing clothing, towels, or bed sheets
6.     Wash clothes in hot water with fungicidal soap
7.     Do not scratch to much
8.     Take high protein diet such as eggs and cheese to boost immunity
9.     Investigation – blood sugar (fasting & postprandial)
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
