How Can Mouth Ulcers Be Treated?

hi ,
im sravan in mouth i got ulcer then just i applied a gel still its not going after the i consult general doctor
they suggest me paracetamol but
its coming more instead my teeths also paining & throat paining
for this problem which doctor do i need to consult

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

It looks like you are suffering from Apthous ulcers or canker sores..
It takes about a week for this to resolve..
It can be painful but there is nothing serious..
You can start gargling with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, start taking Vitamin B complex and lysine supplements, gargle with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and benadryl .
Doing soda bicarb can also help​..
You can hold cold water in mouth​ that helps in reducing heat and relieving inflammation and pain..
Take anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and avoid spicy foods..

If there is no relief after a week also consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated .
