Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to have traumatic ulcers that are due to injury and not due to any vitamin deficiency. However, it is a correct advise to take Becosule, but I would suggest you to take it orally. Along with it to reduce pain apply Lidocaine gel over the ulcers. You can also gargle with numbing mouth wash containing lignocaine. You can apply steroid-based ointment to reduce inflammation. Suck ice pops to reduce inflammation. Take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora
