How Can Mucus Be Removed ?

I have a really bad throat problem i have mucus at the end of my throat and it just wont come out what can i do?

Hi Welcome to Healthcare Magic

you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection. because of infection thre will be inflamation of mucosal wll in the throat hence you have the sense of sore throat. you are advised to do do salt water gargling 2 to 3times.. it will subside by 3 to 4 days..

This could be inflammation of the posterior pharyngeal wall causing discomfort in the throat and sensation of the mucous block in the throat. I would suggest you to drink plenty of warm water use povidone iodine throat gargles after food. If the symptoms do not subside within 3-4 days please consult your ENT specialist.
