How Can Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Be Treated?

I have severe Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and I would like to know: if I have nose surgery so I cannot smell, would I know acknowledge the MCS anymore. My thinking is: If I can t smell it my body can t react to the chemicals i breath in. Please let me know what you think?

Avoiding the chemicals will be better idea. As per surgery concerned you can go ahead if it is septal repair .... it wont interfere with smell loss
