Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* The presentation of narrated symptoms suggest that the muscle ache and hair loss are due to combination of causes as
- altered thyroid levels - deficiency of zinc, biotin, other vitamins, minerals necessary for hair keratin.

* I would recommend to
- Discuss the further need of thyroid supplements with your treating physician.
- Check that your hair conditioner has enough protein content.
- Consume balanced nutritious diet with all elements of protein, vitamins, minerals, trace elements.
- Get prescription of capsule for hair growth from your skin specialist.
- Avoid stress, anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
