How Can Muscle Cramps In The Lower Back Be Treated?

I have fibremyalgia and thrombycopenia .. I take Tramadol 250mg a day. Clonazepam 5mg a day. Amitrypline. Zopiclone 7.5 at night. I went to doctors with Backache and he gave Naproxen. I am getting alot of lower back muscle cramps can hardly move. What can I do.?
