How Can Muscle Mass Be Increased?

Hi Sir, I am 22, 6.05 feet, 58 KGS. I am skinny. My forearms are too thin. I normally have 3 meals in a day. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. All three meals include 3-4 chapatis/rotis with the made Dal/ Sabzi. In evening I take some snacks. I want to gain my muscle mass and weight too. Can mass gainers/ whey protein do the work along with proper diet. Please help me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

So far as symptoms narrated here, there seems nutritional deficiency as weight is also less as compared to standard body measures. I request you to get evaluated with expert physician to find out the underlying deficiency and then treat accordingly.

Meanwhile, a balanced nutritious diet with plenty of green leafy veg, cereals, pulses, legumes, milk will support best. Need regular basis exercises also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
