General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that due to heavy strain during belly dancing classes there might be having muscle strain and spasm producing this problem.
Having fibromyalgia aggravated your problem.
Take analgesic medicine like iburpfen with some muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days.
Apply some analgesic cream on affected parts.
Ok and take care.
