My facial skin always has black heads and is often highly pigmented below eyes and close to nose bridge. Many times has some hard nodules along chin that altimately resolve after developing a pus. I am african man aged 27 and light in complection

Hi,
Thanks for query,
Take cap doxycyclin 100mg daily for 2 weeks,
Take vit A,D,E and multivitamin supplements.
Do wash your face with branded face wash about 3-4 times a day.
Avoid using cosmetics,
Use retino cream or acnequit cream on your face.
