How Can Myasthenia Gravis Be Treated?

I have Mastocytosis, MS, and Myasthenia Gravis. I drew the lucky genes. I ve gained 39 lbs in 1 month. I eat a total Palio diet less than 1000 Cal per day. I ve been vomiting for 3 days everything comes back you. Doctor said let it run its course. I have fallen twice in last month, I have a splint on my wrist and a cast on my food where I get light headed and fall. I m exhausted. I just want to be able to sleep. Doctors have been trying for a year to get a game plan results A Big Zero. I am afraid I am going to fall and kill myself. Oh a year ago I fell and had to have repain to C3, C4, C5, C6 in my neck. I am really worried. I know you guys want money. I dont have any left. 45,000$ to Mayo clinic they just finally said there is so ething wrong but we can t find it
