How Can Myasthenia Gravis Be Treated?

My mom s has 1750. In vitB12 test she is diabetic and doctor has diagnosed that she has myasthenia gravis and after her medication on this her sugar level has shot up from border line to 350 and when doctor asked for b12 test even that showed high as 1750 anything to worry pl help doctor am really concerned on her health .. thanks J.
