General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Don't lose hope. Myasthenia gravis can be treated.

Neostigmine 15 mg 6 hourly, dose can be adjusted according to the response.
Prednisolone 40 mg initially for 5-7 days then for maintenance 10 mg alternate day.
other surgical options are thymectomy or plasmapheresis for anti NR antibodies removal.
Please start these therapy under medical supervision, as overdose of neostigmine can also lead to muscle weakness.
