How Can Nasal Congestion Be Treated?

I sleep on my side and I am having trouble sleeping because of clogged nasal passages. when I lay on my left side my left nasal passage gets plugged up. If I roll to my right side it drains to my right nasal passage. I have tried a nasal spray and nasal rinses with no help. During the day time I occasionally cough up flem and occasionally have a runny nose. I also sleep with a full mask CPAP machine pressure at 16. I do not have a cold I have also never had allergies as a kid or middle aged. Doug Bigelow
