How Can Nasal Congestion Be Treated?

I am currently talking, lisinporal,prestique,Xanax,amitripylne,and gabepetin. I have a terrible head cold, can t smell taste,etc. some coughing with very little chest congestion, been like this for 6 days. What medicine can I take that s over the counter, to get rid of this nasal congestion and other symptoms. Help please.

You are having upper respiratory tract infection which needs to be treated properly.
Advice
1.     Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral daily for 5 days
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
3.     Continue other medicines as suggested by your doctor
4.     Do gargle with every 8 hours with betadine gargle liquid
5.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment, cold and spicy food
If you do not get relief from above measure then consult an ENT specialist for general examination of your nasal passage and ear.
