How Can Nasopharynx Cancer Be Treated?
My husband has squamous cell carcinoma of the nasopharynx metastasis to the lymph nodes, which have been cleared by radiation & chemo. It has now metastasized to his bones, T3, L1, sacrum, illium, sternum, 8th and 3rd rib and two lesions on his liver, all have been treated with radiation & chemo and a liver ablation. What would you recommend for further treatment? We have received many varying opinions, none of which can give us a cure. Opdivo, X-gena and Samarium are three suggestions. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Unfortunately, he is having an advanced disease which already spread to distant sites.
Only palliative chemo and radiation is the option left and complete recovery is not possible.
