How Can Nausea Along With Abdominal Pressure And Headaches Be Treated?

40 year old male, symptoms were nausea, tons of gas pressure, headache, finally frequent diarrhea with terrible heartburn!!! Went to ER, they did EKG, X-ray, CT scan, blood work & flu swab tests. They said all test normal, they didn’t do Ultrasound??? Wondering if maybe gallbladder, stomach virus??? Symptoms better now, been on prescription for the heartburn currently ok. Both my two children all at the same time roughly had vomiting & some diarrhea

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have evaluated your query thoroughly, it seems like GIT infection. You can take Ofloxacycilin and Ornidazole combination twice a day for five days. Take Pantoprazole twice a day for five days. Take Dicyclomine and Paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days.
