How Can Nausea Along With Stomach Ache Be Treated?
my son is 32 and for a year he has been sick. he has nausea vomiting head ache sever stomach ache weight loss and he don t eat because it makes him sick he has been to doctors and they cant seem to find out why he is sick. cancer runs hard in my family I am scared he may have some form of cancer

As he is having stomachache, headache since long time endoscopy can be done to visualize interior. If any inflammation or suspected foci- present than biopsy taken for histopathology examination.
Histopathology examination will reveal any cause if present.
Urea breath test done to rule out h. Pylori infection.
Consult gastroenterologist for examination.
