How Can Nausea And Appetite Loss Be Treated?
I ve been nauseous about a week since my trip to Mexico. I didn t drink tap water and ate food at the resort but did eat at some local places. Will pepto Bismo help or what can I take to elevate the nausea and get my appetite back. I did drink Mexican beer and drinks with ice cubes also.

Most probably it will be due to acid reflux and gastritis. As a first line management, you can try antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
Avoid spicy foods also. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
