How Can Neck And Ears Knots With Painful Headaches Be Treated?

I am a 35 year old female..I have for the last couple months been noticing knots underneath the skin in my neck,and behind both ears on the bone..I have been experincing very painful headaches,that make me feel sick and like I am about to go crazy..it makes a uneasy heavy feeling in back of head going down neck and across my shoulder blades.This scares me.Do you have any advice?
