How Can Neck And Shoulder Pain Be Treated?

Hi, I have cervival disc herination in C6-C7, with radiating pain the right arm. Doctor gave neugaba 75 tab and the radiating pain has reduced. But I am having a neck and shoulder pain which increases as the day passes.
What could be the best treatment for this
