How Can Neck Pain Due To An Injury Be Treated?

I fell on the ice yesterday and hit the back of my neck hard. I had a headache but it didn't last long. But when I went to lay down last night my neck really hurt. It's not so bad standing, just the act of laying my head on the pillow and raising it back up is very painful.
