How Can Neck Pain Due To Disc Degeneration Be Treated?

i am 41 yrs male 72 kgs 172 cms ht.i have been suffering from neck pain associated with persistent pain in my left arm. i got my MRI done foe cervical spine today and results are- early disc degeneration at C5-6 intervertibral disc. also at C5-6 level there is evidence of diffuse disc bulge with left paracental disc protrusion causing indentation of spinal theca, narrowing of left sided neutral foramina, left sided lateral recess stenosis and compression of left sided exiting nerve roots leading to reduction in max AP canal diameter to 9mm. visualised portion of spinal cord is normal in signal intensity.no pre or paravertibral soft tissue component is present. please advise me about the gravity of situation and Please let me know what I should do next. thank you.
