How Can Neck Pain With Throbbing Shoulder Pain Be Treated?

I have been suffering from neck/shoulder pain for over 10 yrs. If you touch a certain spot in my neck if feels like an electric shock it travels down to my shoulder blade. My neck hurts so bad that it feels like it going to burst. I don't like driving too much because it aggrivates my neck when I have to turn it left and right or around to backup. It feels like something in my neck needs to be popped. I have to stretch my neck constantly. I can't sit and look up at a person or have my head turn a certain way to the left or right,my neck/shoulder starts hurting.My shoulder also hurts, the pain is deep throbbing pain, itchy,and a crawly feeling under my skin. To best describe it, I don't know if you have ever had an abcessed tooth. That's the pain that I have in my shoulder sometimes. I just want relief.
