How Can Neck Swelling With Headaches And Head Pressure Be Treated?

I have a swollen area on the back of my upper, middle, neck. It does not hurt to touch, but aches some. I have been having headaches with pressure in my head and ears, and tingling sensations in my head and face. I do have some stress and anxiety, but why is the back of my neck swollen?
