General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The very long-term neurologic pain cannot be managed with mere analgesics.

There require lifestyle modifications with:
- Deep breathing exercises.
- Relaxation techniques.
- Assisted physiotherapy.
- Supportive analgesic.
- Discuss the scope of laser therapy for particular segment pain with expert interventional pain management specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
