Hi,

Thanks for posting in HCM.

I understand your concern.

Nocturnal emission or wet dream is a spontaneous orgasm that occurs during sleep that includes ejaculation in males. It is most common during adolescence and early young adult years, but they may happen any time after puberty.

It is a natural phenomenon and not a disease. It is a harmless condition and doesn't appear to be linked to any underlying physical disorder.

It can be easily overcome, and hence there is nothing to be worried or embarrassed about it. Many a times, no treatment is necessary for this condition and can be easily overcome by certain lifestyle modifications.

Frequency could increase sometimes, if you do not masturbate or indulge in sex, as the body tries to ejaculate the stored sperm by such means.

It may be precipitated by stress or anxiety.

Following measure should help you to overcome the problem and improve your health.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet and supplement by intake of Vitamin A, C, D, E and Zinc.
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking.
4) Empty the bladder by passing urine before sleeping at bedtime.
5) Avoid intake of spicy food and consume healthy and lot fat diet.
6) Improve intake of fluids by consuming good quantity of water.

The problem of night emission should get resolved of its own over a period of time.

Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
