General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Nocturnal emission is a normal phenomenon which happens for many men during the age between 20 to 30 years.

Anxiety is one of the chief reason behind having such emissions frequently.

Kindly control your anxiety by practising meditation and relaxation exercises regularly.

Along with that practice, pelvic floor strengthening exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles.

Also, avoid intake of spicy foods and drink good quality of water. Empty your bladder before going to bed.

Nocturnal emissions don't affect your married life, sexual activity or fertility.

Don't worry unnecessarily about it as it will gradually subside on its own by taking the above measures.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
