i used to do sex with my girlfriend every weekend .. i ejaculation more then 6 times on thosedays now im stopped doing sex or masturbation since 2 months but.. after that i came to know for every 14 days im have night fall .. im feeling very discomfort with it so how can i stop that

Having nocturnal emissions is a very normal thing.body synthesises semen regularly and it needs to be discharged from the body.If its not ejaculated either through intercourse or masturbation, then it will be discarded through nocturnal emmissions.
