How Can Nodular Acne Be Treated?

Hi I am suffering from nodular acne my derm prescribed me prednisolone 5mg at morning with milk esomeprazole 40 mg before food And isotretinion 20 mg at night azithromycin 500 trice in a week Nadifloxacin gel at day And nadifloxacin &. Benzoyl periode gel at night But after a week no improvement and more whitehead occurs Please suggest me what should I do
